3D Printing at CBU : Making And Editing Your Own 3D Prints

Here are some places where you can find and download objects to print:

• Thingiverse
• Cults
• Pinshape
• Printables

You will need to use PursaSlicer  to format the files to work in our 3D printers. This is available on the library computers, or you can download it for free.

Software for creating your own 3D prints available on CBU computers include:

• AutoCAD
• Solidworks

Other software that could be used:

• Meshmixer by autodesk (Free)
• ReCap by autodesk (Free Educational License available)
• MeshLab (Open Source)
• FreeCAD (Free)
• OpenSCAD (Free)
• TinkerCAD (free, web based, use your CBU email to create an account)
