Jennifer Keeping Centre (JKC)

The Jennifer Keeping Centre (JKC) empowers students with disabilities to achieve their goals by removing educational and environmental barriers.  The JKC provides access to educational resources, facilities, and opportunities without lowering academic standards.  Registration required.

The JKC is a welcoming place providing space to study, hang out, eat lunch, make use of computers, or print/photocopy notes - the Centre is here for you!

Can you help me with accommodations for dyslexia?

Yes, you do.  Scheduling an appointment is easy!

You must register each term so make your appointment early to get off to a good start!  Don't wait to see if you run into difficulty.  It's better to have your accommodations in place and then use them are needed!


Where is the JKC located? When are you open?

The JKC is located in the Marvin Harvey Building (B101) - just across from the Learning Commons.

Come see us from Monday - Friday
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Watch for extended hours during mid-terms and exams.
