CBU Writing Centre

CBU Writing Centre, located on the second floor of the library, is an excellent resource for the written capstone project report.

They can help you:

make a writing plan
teach you guidelines for different writing tasks, such as a literature review or introduction paragraph
identify strengths in your writing and show you areas where you could improve
talk with you about how to organize your ideas
help you learn how to incorporate and cite sources
and answer any writing questions you have!

Book an appointment online
To view the Writing Centre's schedule and make appointments, first create an account by clicking on the "Click here to register" link to the left. Then sign in to view the schedule. White squares are appointments available for booking. Please pay attention to the location of your appointment, listed to the left on the schedule, as some appointments occur at the CBU Library and some at 500 George St.
When booking, you will choose whether to hold your appointment in person or virtually over Microsoft Teams, or to receive written comments on a draft you've provided.
