This group of CBU staffers shared an hour of inspiring, motivational, and fun stories relating to wellness and commitment to health. Speakers included: Marie Aucoin, Terry Gibbs, Debbie MacInnis, Lisa Patterson, Bill Bailey, Bill Davey, and Pat Mahar. 

All names (speakers and attendees) were entered into a draw to win an hour-long massage! New faculty member, Pat Maher was the lucky recipient of the prize donated by Refresh Body & Skin Care Clinic of Sydney.

Watch for more noontime programming and activities coordinated by the CBU Wellness Committee.
