Off-Campus Access

Students

Your Username is the beginning of your CBU e-mail address. Your initial password is your date of birth in yymmdd format.

For example, if your CBU email address is cbu11xyz@cbu.ca, and your birthday is January 2nd, 1987:

Username: cbu11xyz@cbu.ca
Password: 870102

Note: You are encouraged to change your password.

Access to CBU Library Services for Online Education Students

If you are a CBU student enrolled through Online Education, request a library services login (separate from your network login) that will give you access to Document Delivery and, if residing in Nova Scotia, Interlibrary Loan. If residing outside the province of Nova Scotia, you will be able to request a CAUL card, which will give you borrowing privileges at Canadian university libraries.
