The Khattar Books on Acadia and History of Settlement

One of the most exceptional collection areas is that on the history of the settlement of New France in the 17th and 18th centuries.

To celebrate Le Congrès Mondial d'Acadie 2004, Thomas J. Khattar III has listed those books collected by his grandfather, Thomas J. Khattar, that are written on the history and culture of Les Acadiens.

There are also a number of the digitized books that are available on the Nos Racines/Our Roots web site. We congratulate the creators of Nos Racines for their accomplishment in digitizing such a collection of our country's local histories.
